We're accepting scanned applications

Here's what you need to know

Following your feedback, from Monday 31st October, we'll accept scanned applications for Parmenion wrappers (SIPP, ISA, GIA, JSIPP and JISA).

When submitting your scanned application, please remember:

  • We need a single PDF document – multiple PDFs won't be accepted.
  • We can't accept scanned third party applications, transfer forms, legal documents or direct debit mandates - because many third parties won't accept scanned copies, and banks don't allow scanned direct debit mandates.

Prefer to use our existing process?

That's no problem. You can still submit applications quickly using Docusign. Alternatively, we accept wet signatures.

Keeping your clients' data safe

Unprotected emails can be easily intercepted. If your password is compromised, everything in your inbox and sent items is at risk.

We recommend protecting your clients' scanned applications by sending them to us encrypted with a password. Click here to learn how to do this.
