Scanned applications will be replaced with digital signing on 31 December 2020

On 31 December 2020, we'll stop accepting scanned applications - the temporary solution we introduced to support you and your clients in lockdown while we built a secure and streamlined digital signature process.

Why are you no longer accepting scanned applications?

Now that our digital signature solution has launched, it’s the right time to move away from scanned applications. Our focus now will be making our digital and wet signature processes the best they can be, and deliver the great service you've come to expect.

Why are digital signatures better?

With digital signatures, there's no need to print, sign, scan and secure the applications before sending to us. It's completely digital and fully integrated into our platform for a seamless, secure experience. It's also available for more processes, not just new business.

How do I get started with Digital Signatures?

Digital signatures are available now for a whole range of downstream processes, as well as your new business applications.

Can I still use wet signatures?

Yes absolutely! Digital signatures aren’t designed to replace wet signatures, but to give you and your clients more flexibility when it comes to doing business with us.
